Full ownership means you get the complete source code and host it yourself, paying once with no recurring fees. Managed means I handle hosting, ongoing updates, and priority support for a simple monthly plan.

Yes, optional monthly add-ons like priority incident response, prioritized feature requests, ongoing updates, and backups and uptime monitoring can be layered on top of either plan. Each is priced and billed separately, so you only pay for what you actually want.

You can pay the full amount upfront, split it 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery, or pay everything only after the project is completed. Paying fully upfront or the 50/50 split can both be arranged without a formal contract, since payment is already secured before the work is finished. Paying everything only after completion requires a signed contract, since no payment is made until the project is fully delivered.
